Owned and operated by The Rodriguez Family, Mark D. Rodriguez and his sister Denise Rodriguez have created a casual family style restaurant with true Tex-Mex dishes along with some Family Recipes from Mexico giving Tito's Mexican Restaurant a flavor or "Sabor a la Mexicana" all on its own. Traveling throughout Mexico Mark Rodriguez has brought back recipes introducing customers to new flavors of Mexico. For instance, Tacos al Pastor, Puntas de Filete en chile Chipotle, Albondigas en chile Chipotle, Pozole, Enchiladas Entomatadas con Camaron, Tacos Banados and Huevos Tlaquepaques to name a few. Keeping the recipes fresh and authentic is the key at Tito's making customers feel like they're at home and coming back for more.
